Making the Sacramento Region a leader in sustainability demands participation at all levels—from our kindergarten students to our neighbors, teachers, grandparents, roommates, and friends.  We all need to learn about actions we can take as individuals to make a difference.  There are many ways to lead a more efficient lifestyle, and the resources in the Community section serve as a good starting place for action.

We’re going to need talented people (like you!) to support our growing green jobs sector.  All kinds of workers can be a part of the growing clean technology economy in our region—from high school interns to electricians, home builders, scientists and engineers.   Resources in the Community Section are designed to help you learn more about our existing green job training programs so you can explore ways to become a part of this growing field.
