A recent article by GOVERNING magazine highlights the details of Sacramento’s new property assessed clean energy (PACE) program, which will allow Sacramento businesses to complete $100 million worth of energy retrofits on commercial buildings without incurring any upfront costs. The newly formed Capital Area PEV Coordinating Council is meeting monthly to support increased adoption and usage of PEVs and associated technologies to improve the health, environment, and economy of the six-county region.
